Cybera processes as little personal data as possible. This page explains what we hold, why, and for how long.

What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, optional company name, and the message you write. We do not collect anything else about you, and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to manage the resulting engagement. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months. Records tied to an active or completed engagement are retained for as long as our contractual and accounting obligations require.
Where it is processed
Within the EU/EEA. Any processor we use for hosting or email delivery is bound by a data processing agreement and, where relevant, EU standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request a copy in a portable format. You also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
